Our Adult Riding Academy combines progressive riding instruction with horsemanship education, horse care, and opportunities to build a genuine partnership with the horse.
Whether your goals include enjoying recreational riding, developing your skills, participating in clinics, preparing for showing, or simply spending meaningful time with horses, your experience is guided by your individual interests and aspirations.
Every rider is thoughtfully paired with appropriate horses and receives instruction designed to promote confidence, balance, communication, and partnership.

Riders learn not only mounted skills, but also how horses think, communicate, and respond. Horsemanship, safety, grooming, tack care, and thoughtful horse handling are woven throughout the Academy experience because understanding the horse is just as important as learning to ride.
Located alongside Red Heart Horse Retirement, Rehab & Rescue, our community also provides opportunities to learn from the stories and stewardship of horses whose lives have entered meaningful new chapters through retirement, rehabilitation, rescue, hospice, and lifelong sanctuary.
